Children ages four through fifth grade are invited to attend this year's Traer Ecumenical Vacation Bible School. Camp E.D.G.E is this year's theme. Campers will Experience and Discover God Everywhere through five fun-filled learning centers: Extreme Bible Trek, Crafts, Rec, Scientific Experiments and Snacks. Lunch will also be served at the end of each day.

VBS will be held August 3-6 at St. Paul Catholic Church from 9:00 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Vacation Bible School will kick-off with a hot dog cook-out for families on Sunday, Aug. 2 at St. Paul Catholic Church at 5:30 p.m. As a special conclusion to the week's VBS, children will be singing their favorite VBS songs on the stage at the Winding Stairs Festival on Friday, Aug. 7 at 6:30 p.m.

Registration forms are available at the Traer Public Library, any of the five churches in town, or by contacting Angie Jacobs at 319-231-6583. All children aged four through fifth grade are welcome and encouraged to attend.
