Slayne Matthew Rayman, 27, rural Toledo, was found in contempt of court and sentenced to 60 days in jail. He had previously been convicted of 2nd offense drunken driving in 2006.
Heather Marie Rohrer, 30, Gladbrook, pled guilty to charges of public intoxication and reckless driving which had been amended by the County Attorney. Fines of $65 were assessed on each charge. She had originally been charged with drunken driving on July 16, 2008 in Gladbrook by Tama County Deputy Sheriff Michael Wright.
Craig Arnold McMurray, 20, Toledo, entered a written guilty plea to supplying alcohol to person under age. Fined $500. Charged on March 19 by Toledo Police Officer Ben Engle.

Jesus Gallardo Moreno, 27, Tama, 2nd offense. Two year prison with all but 14 days suspended, $1,875 fine, two years probation to 6th Judicial District Department of Correctional Services and complete course for drinking drivers. Charged on August 20, 2005, in Tama by Tama police Officer Nathan Shepard.
Matthew Allen Vest, 23, Toledo, 1st offense. Two days jail, $1,250 fine. Charged in Tama on May 17 by Toledo Police Officer Ben Engle.
Erasmo Telles, 36, Marshalltown, deferred judgement, $1,250 fine, one-year self-probation.
Charged March 12 in Toledo by Toledo Police Chief Jeff Harnish.
Jennifer L. Nicholi, 29, rural Tama, two days jail, $1,250 fine. Charged on April 15 in Toledo by Tama County Deputy Sheriff Joe Quandt.
German Bernabe-Pascual, 27, Toledo, two days jail, $1,250 fine. Charged on April 22 in Toledo by Toledo Police Officer Brian Randall.
