Cedar Rapids-Paula Lee Owens and Jeremy Jacob Kubovec, both of Cedar Rapids, announce their engagement.
Owens is the daughter of Jay and Connie Owens of Traer. Kubovec is the son of Frank and Barb Kubovec of Cedar Rapids.
The couple will exchange vows on August 29, 2009 at St. Judes Catholic Church in Cedar Rapids.
