Lyons, NE - Today, the Center for Rural Affairs announced that their fourth annual Marketplace: Opening Doors to Success conference will be held on Tuesday, February 23 and Wednesday, February 24, 2010 at the Ramada Inn Convention Center in Kearney, NE .

"We are excited about being the host community of the 2010 Center for Rural Affairs' MarketPlace in Kearney," said Sarah Focke, Kearney Visitors Bureau. "Kearney was host to the first Marketplace and it's been a privilege to be an attendee and watch it grow."

Businesses and organizations have a chance to tap into many outstanding marketing opportunities through a sponsorship to the fourth annual "Nebraska MarketPlace."

Top-notch professionals will be presenting and numerous sectors of businesses and organizations will be attending the event from around the state as well as many other states.

Event sponsorship is one of the fastest growing segments in marketing today. Some of the many benefits of being a sponsor include: building your company or organization's image, developing new clients and enhancing current relationships, exchanging information and ideas with other professionals, promoting your expertise at an exhibit, increasing product and service recognition, and expanding sales opportunities with new prospects and existing clients.

"State Farm Insurance recognizes the vital importance of strong rural communities and successful small businesses," said Michael Fergen , Agency Field Executive in Kearney. "State Farm is proud to help make the MarketPlace conference possible."

The event will offer various high quality educational sessions and exhibitor booths with abundant networking opportunities. The dynamic combination of expert presenters, essential service providers, individuals already engaged in entrepreneurial activities, and daylong opportunities for all to mix have proven very successful in assisting Nebraska's up and coming entrepreneurs to innovate and develop.

"State Farm agents face the same challenges as other small business owners in the community, Fergen said. "This conference is a great opportunity for all business owners to come together and share ideas and solutions."

Sponsorship has different levels, with a range of benefits to contributors. The deadline to apply for a sponsorship is August 31, 2009. Those interested in sponsorship information should contact Joy Marshall, joym@cfra.org or 402-614-5558. For more on MarketPlace visit: www.cfra.org/marketplace/home.
