Danica Lee Hayek was brought into this world on Tuesday February 15, 2011 at Mary Greely Hospital . Her name means "Morning Star". Her blessed parents are Stan & Sarah Hayek of Ames. Grandparents are Laura & Craig Hastings from Ames and Barb Hayek from the Traer area. She was 7 pounds and 21 inches long. The couple with their bundle of joy reside at 3925 Ross Road, Ames Iowa 5014. A shower was given in Danica's honor at the family farm in rural Clutier on Sat, March 19.
