Arlene A. Price, 92, of Fort Myers, formerly of Traer died Monday, March 21 at Fort Myers Fla. There is no visitation planned and a private burial will be held at Buckingham Cemetery.
Arlene A Price was born September 11, 1918 in Tama County, the daughter of Hanus and Agnes Paustian Hagge. She received her education in Traer. On May 29, 1942 she married Oral Price in Waterloo and they operated Price Restaurant until moving to Minneapolis and later to Omaha, Neb., where she worked at Kilpatrick's. They then moved to Ft. Myers, Fla., where she worked for Lee County school system until her retirement. After Oral's death on December 3, 1992 she continued to make her home in Ft Myers. Arlene's death came on Monday, March 22, 2011 at the age of 92 years. Arlene was preceded in death by her parents, husband Oral and two sisters Viola Biley and Lucille Conrad, She is survived by one brother Melvin Hagge of Traer, one sister Elsie Nessler of La Porte City and several nieces and nephews.
