Letter to the City of Traer:
Why were the Traer Municipal Employees and the City Employees working on Saturday, Dec. 10 at the new location for Randolph Trucking: Why wasn't this work done on a regular weekday, (Monday through Friday). I feel the citizens of Traer need a full written explanation to this acitivity. This work probably involved overtime for both equipment and manhours. Just another underlying reason to increase the utilities budget and pass the additional costs to our monthly bill.
