Blanche Rose Parker, 95, of Eugene, Oregon, passed away on May 10, 2012, of natural causes.
Visitation was held Monday, May 14, 2012, from 9 to 11 a.m. at Buell Funeral Chapel in Springfield, Oregon. A graveside service was held following the visitation at 1 p.m. at Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
Blanche was born May 14, 1916, in Brawley, California, to Vince and Anna Vesely Chalupnik. She married John Eugene Parker on November 13, 1938, in Yuma, Arizona. He died previously.

She attended high school in Brawley, California, graduating in 1934. She was a mother and homemaker.
Survivors include a son, Gerald, of Eugene; five grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. A daughter, Donna Jean Eads, died previously.
Arrangements were provided by Andreason's Cremation & Burial Service in Springfield.
