Landon Calderwood, of Traer Boy Scout Troop 304, was on hand to receive a $500 check from Wendy Barnes, of the Traer Community Foundation last Wednesday. The grant money she presented was for the landscaping Landon did around the Wind Up in Traer welcome sign, which welcomes visitors coming into town from the north on Highway 63.
