When the museum needed a labor force for a little heavy lifting, they knew just who to call. Almost 20 North Tama students headed down to the Traer Museum last Wednesday afternoon to help move exhibits and clean up the facility after recent renovations.

The students, who had an early dismissal on Wednesday, included: Nolan Hefty, Holly Rigel, Shelby Larson, Trey Keahna, Jacob Wrage, Joe Kladivo, Will Early, Joe Earley, Maddy Clausen, Sammy Watson, Frankie Krienert, Mason Swanstrom, Shane Wendt, Taylor Harms, J.T. Daub, Conal Jensen, Allison Zobel and Mitchell Boerm. Members of the museum staff were grateful for all the hard work the kids put in.

"They were such a delight and great workers," said Judy Robb. "More was accomplished in a couple hours than we could have done in weeks."
