Kids enjoy STEM activities

Traer Star-Clipper

STEM Experts from the Traer Community, Green Iowa AmeriCorps, UNI Local Foods, U of Iowa Physics and Astronomy Dept, Grout Museum, ISU Insect Zoo, and a Tama County Engineer all came to North Tama Elementary on March 11 to work with different grades on projects that connect the curriculum of that grade with the expertise of the STEM professionals.

North Tama Elementary has their STEM Fair on Thursday, March 20 at 1:00 to present their projects to the public.

The Tama County Family STEM Festival will be Sunday, March 30 from 1 to 4 p.m. at North Tama Schools.
